High speed setting is suitable for use in metalworking shops for stock removal on cast iron and other tough metals. Disc table tilts 0º 45º outward and 0º-20º inward, belt table tilts 0º-45º. Both disc and belt tables are cast iron and feature a graduated scale to show angle of tilt. Belt housing tilts from vertical to horizontal for sanding long pieces. Tensioned belt mechanism provides even sanding surface and allows easy belt changes. Fine thread adjustment with locking mechanism for accurate tracking. 3" (76mm) idler drum for contour sanding.
