Palmgren Steel Products builds tools for professional use in factories,
foundries, shops, garages, and at home shops. Palmgren has been making
metalworking accessories in America since 1919. Within the past few years, we
have also introduced our International Quality line of Shop Machinery and
workholding tools. In 2003, Palmgren introduced its latest innovations in
Woodworking Tools. This line of tools features Palmgren's unique Dust-Up
bagging system for dust & chip collection.
Palmgren's products can be categorized in 3 different lines. The Machine Tool
Accessories include vises of all kinds, rotary & cross-slide tables, arbor
presses, material support stands, and bench tool stands - over 80 products in
this line alone. The Shop Machinery Line consists of over 40 machines &
accessories, including Drill Presses, Mill/Drills, Belt-Disc Sanders, Grinders,
Buffers, and Band Saws. These machines are made especially for precision
metalworking applications and are used by metal shops, maintenance & repair
shops, and at-home shops.
Palmgren's third and newest line is Woodworking Tools with most products
featuring the unique Dust-Up bagging system for dust & chip collection. This
line consists of about 40 tools with additional tools constantly added. Today,
the line includes belt-disc sanders, sanding centers, drum sanders, tilt-head
bandsaws and scroll saws, planers, planer-molders, jointers, and lathes.
Included in Woodworking is a line of pneumatic hand tools - crown staplers,
brad nailers, roofing nailers, and finish nailers - and a line of air
compressors.
