About Palmgren

Since 1919 Palmgren has been a leader in the metalworking market. Founded by Clarence Palmgren, a graduate if Illinois Institute of Technology; Clarence is credited with the design and manufacture of machine vises and rotary tables that gave impetus to the metalworking industry. Still today, Palmgren is the market share leader and synonymous with Drill Press vises and work-holding.

We continue Clarence Palmgren's legacy with taking our experience and know how and melding them into stationary tools designed for the machinist.
